End User License Agreement

End User License Agreement\r

By purchasing this font software, the Licensee agrees to the following legal contract between the Licensee and Cercurius AB, Stockholm, Sweden.\r

1. This license allows installing the font software in up to five computers belonging to the same person or organization, if not otherwise stated. The license is not transferable to a third party.\r

2. Modifications of the source code are not permitted.\r

3. Embedding of the font(s) in documents (e.g. PDF files) is permitted for viewing, printing and editing.\r

4. The font software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Cercurius AB will in no event be liable to the Licensee for any direct or indirect damages that arise out of using the software or of the inability to use it.\r

5. This EULA terminates automatically if the Licensee should fail to comply with any of its provisions.\r

6. All disputes between the Licensee and Cercurius AB shall be conducted within the courts and jurisdiction of Stockholm, Sweden.
