1. Ownership. The digital files (fonts) downloaded to your computer contain font software and artwork that is the intellectual property of and is owned by T4. This non-exclusive license grants you certain rights to use the fonts and is not an agreement for sale of the fonts or any portion of it. Except for your right to use the fonts granted by this license, all other rights, title of the fonts, related trademarks and trade names are owned and retained by T4.\r

2. Number of installations. You may install and use the fonts on up to five (5) computers at a single location. If you need to download the fonts to more than five computers, you are required to purchase additional licenses. For every workstation for which you are licensed, you may also install the fonts on a laptop and/or a home computer, provided the fonts are not used on the secondary computer(s) at the same time. At home, you may not install the fonts on the computers of other family members. \r

3. Converting font software. You may convert and install the fonts into another format for use in other environments, subject to the following conditions: A computer on which the converted fonts are used or installed shall be considered as one of your permitted number of computers. Use of the fonts you have converted shall be pursuant to all the terms and conditions of this agreement. Such converted fonts may be used for your own customary internal business or personal use exclusively and may not be distributed or transferred for any purpose. You may not modify or remove the name(s) of the fonts, author's signature, copyright and trademark notices from the original files. Any updates, revisions, enhancements or additions to the fonts supplied by T4 shall become part of, and subject to, this agreement. The parties agree that T4 shall own the copyright in all such modifications and derivative works of the the fonts made by either party\r

4. Printers and service bureaus. You may provide a copy of the fonts to your service bureau or commercial printer together with the job files for output, under the condition that the fonts are used only for outputting your files and will be trashed subsequently. Embedding of the fonts in documents is permitted for viewing and printing only, not for editing. If someone at a remote location wants to edit a document with embedded fonts, they must purchase their own license. \r

5. Transfer of rights. You are not authorized to sublicense, sell, lend or lease the fonts, but you may permanently transfer your rights under this agreement to a third party; provided that (1) you transfer your copy of this agreement, the fonts, and all original documentation to the third party, (2) you destroy all of your copies of the fonts, and (3) the receiving party accepts the terms and conditions of this agreement. \r

6. Limited warranty. For a period of ninety (90) days after delivery, T4 warrants that the fonts will perform in accordance with the specifications published by T4. Your exclusive remedy and the sole liability of T4 in connection with the fonts is repair or replacement of defective parts within the ninety (90) day period after delivery. The warranty does not apply to any font converted or modified by the user. \r

7. Disclaimer of warranties. Except for the limited warranty set forth in clause 6, T4 makes no other warranties, express or implied. The warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability are specifically excluded. T4 does not warrant the performance and result you may obtain by using the fonts and accept no liability thereto. \r

8. Limitation of liability. In no event will T4 be liable to you for any consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages including any lost profits, lost data or lost savings.\r

9. Termination of license. This license is effective until terminated, but T4 reserves the right to terminate this license immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this license. Upon termination you will destroy the original and all copies of the fonts and cease all use of the trademarks. \r

10. General. This is a legal contract. Please read it before installing the fonts. If you do not accept this agreement, do not install the fonts. By installing the fonts, you accept this agreement. \"Fonts\" means the fonts (i.e. font software) specified in your invoice. This agreement will be governed by the laws of Sweden. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
