End User License Agreement

The software product is protected by copyright laws and International copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The software product is licensed, not sold.\r

1.\tGRANT OF LICENSE. \r

This document grants you the following rights: - Installation and Use. You may install and use one copy of the sofware product. You may NOT copy and distribute copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.\r

2.\tDESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS. \r

You may NOT modify, edit or alter in any way alphanumeric characters (A-Z, a-z, 1-9) or analphabetics (punctuation, special characters, ligatures and symbols) contained in the font. Kerning and character mapping of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be edited for your own usage.\r

3.\tLIMITED WARRANTY NO WARRANTIES. \r

Rotograf Jacek Jan Judkiewicz expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related documentation is provided ìas isî without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with You.\r

4.\tNO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. \r

In no event shall Rotograf Jacek Jan Judkiewicz be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if Rotograf Jacek Jan Judkiewicz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.\r
