End User License Agreement
By downloading and/or installing fonts by Vic Fieger, the user agrees to the following terms:\r
1. The user may not modify, alter, or copy the font files. The user is permitted to make a single back-up copy.\r
2. Fonts by Vic Fieger may not be sublicensed, sold, leased, rented, lent, or given away to another person or entity.\r
3. The user can install and use the font software on one (1) computer at a single location. This computer can be connected to, and the font software used with, any number of output devices. The font software itself may be downloaded to the memory (hard disk or RAM) of only one (1) output device for the purpose of having such font software remain resident in the output device. If the user needs to download the font software to more than one output device or install it on more than one computer, additional licenses must be purchased. The user is also responsible for securing this data and making sure that unlicensed copies do not leave the user's possession.\r
4. The files downloaded to the user's computer contain font software that is the intellectual property of and is owned by Vic Fieger. This non-exclusive license grants the user certain rights to use the font software and is not an agreement for sale of the font software or any portion of it. Except for the user's right to use the font software granted by this license, all other rights are owned and retained by Vic Fieger.\r
5. Fonts by Vic Fieger are protected under domestic and international trademark and copyright law. The user agrees to identify the Vic Fieger fonts by name and credit ownership of the trademarks and copyrights in any design or production credits.

This non-exclusive license grants the user certain rights to use the font software and is not an agreement for sale of the font software or any portion of it. Except for the user's right to use the font software granted by this license, all other rights are owned and retained by Vic Fieger.\r
