This is an agreement between the purchaser of this font software (you) and Ulrike Wilhelm (hereinafter referred to as LiebeFonts). By opening the font software files you acknowledge understanding and accepting the following terms:\r

(0) Definition\r
The supplied font software is a commercial product and protected by international copyright laws.\r
The font software is NOT freeware.\r

(1) Number of Users\r
You may use the font software only for the number of users specified in your proof of purchase.\r
These users must work or live at the purchaser‚ company or household.\r

(2) Allowed Usage\r
You may create images and documents for print, computer screens and movie titles, and similar applications at fixed sizes.\r
You may use the font to create scalable vector files only for use within your company or household. You may not provide the font files to third parties, with the following exception:\r
You may provide the font file to a graphic designer, printer and/or service bureau working on your behalf, provided that they agree to use the font for your work only, agree to the terms of this license and delete all copies on finishing their work.\r
If the font is a symbol font (dingbat font, illustration font / as opposed to a typographic font containing single letterforms), you may not use it on T-Shirts and similar merchandise or products featuring the illustrations prominently or exclusively, without obtaining written permission from LiebeFonts.\r
The included LiebeFonts logo glyph is intended as a font branding only; you may not use it for any purpose whatsoever.\r

(3) Embedding\r
You may embed LiebeFonts font files into PDF files shared with third parties, as long as these files are not editable by the recipients and the contained font files are not permanently or visibly installed on the recepients computer. The font must be embedded in a protected way using current industry standards.\r
The font files may not be used for web embedding using @font-face and similar unprotected web font techniques.\r
You may not under any circumstances embed LiebeFonts font files into software or hardware products. If you are interested in this type of usage, please contact LiebeFonts directly for further information.\r

(4) Modifications\r
You may import glyphs and shapes from the font into a drawing program and modify them as graphical objects.\r
You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the font.\r

(5) Warranty\r
LiebeFonts warrants that the font software will perform as advertised for a three weeks (21 day) period following your purchase. To make a warranty claim, you must return the software along with a copy of your sales receipt within this period. If the font sofware does not perform correctly, LiebeFonts (or its distributor) will either replace the font software or refund the license fee you paid for the software. LiebeFonts does not and cannot warrant the performance or results you may obtain by using the software. In no event will LiebeFonts be liable to you for any consequential incidental or special damages, including any lost profits or lost savings.\r

(6) Copyright\r
The font software is copyrighted and contains proprietary information and trade secrets belonging to Liebe-Fonts. You may not copy the font files for other purposes than those stated in (2), with the exception of making unmodified copies for personal backup.\r
You may be held legally responsible for any infringement of LiebeFonts’s intellectual property rights caused by your failure to adhere to the terms in this agreement.\r

(7) Termination\r
This agreement is effective until terminated. This agreement will terminate automatically without notice from LiebeFonts if you fail to comply with any provision contained herein. Upon termination, you must destroy the written materials, the product, and all copies, in part and in whole, including modified copies (if applicable).
