End User License Agreement

Thank You for purchasing Morganismi fonts. Please read this document carefully as it is a legal agreement between You, the end user of Morganismi fonts, and Morganismi. By downloading the fonts, You accept the terms of this agreement. \r

1. This agreement grants You the right to use this Morganismi font-software at one (1) location with a maximum of five (5) devices. \r

2. This font-software is owned by and is the intellectual property of Morganismi. Except as permitted herein, You are not allowed to modify, adapt, decompile, disassemble, alter or otherwise copy Morganismi fonts. \r

3. You are permitted to make a single back-up copy. Morganismi font-software or documentation may not be sublicensed, sold, leased, rented, lent, or given away to another person or entity. \r

4. You may only embed Morganismi font-software into electronic documents or internet pages in a secured read-only mode. You must ensure that recipients of these documents or pages cannot extract the font software. \r

5. Without prejudice to any other rights, Morganismi may terminate this agreement in case You fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement. In such event, You must destroy all copies or Morganismi font-software in your possession. \r

6.Morganismi makes no warranties, express or implied as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise. In no event shall Morganismi be liable to the licensee or any other third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages from lossa of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, arising out of the use or inability to use Morganismi font software even if notified in advance. Under no circumstances shall Morganismi's liability exceed the replacement cost of the software. \r

7. This agreement is governed by the laws of Finland and international copyright law.
